Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout contest which will be streamed live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" the American as the combatants met personally to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former twice unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to damage his features and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," Joshua, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually known for his theatrics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather criticized former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK rival Fury - and declined a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's greatest money-making draws, consistently making substantial earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and asserted he would derail the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly being planned for two years from now.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters engaged in the usual stare-down, with their physical disparity on show, it emphasized just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is truly going ahead.
