Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent document disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing distinct sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
Further images released as part of the current oversight process.
